Adel Mozammel is a British educator, entrepreneur, and philanthropist dedicated to transforming lives through education, family support, and faith-driven initiatives. Born in Dhaka and raised in Makkah, Adel comes from a family rooted in the Islamisation of Knowledge movement, with academic and spiritual influences shaping his worldview from an early age.
He spent 15 years teaching Religious Education across the United Kingdom from Scotland to London. He has acted as Head of education for multiple schools providing guidance and mentorship to teachers and students. He has established multiple faith prayer rooms in different schools to ensure Muslim and non Muslim students are able to offer prayers.
With over 15 years of teaching experience across the UK, Adel founded Clever IQ Tuition in 2016 to support underprivileged students
In 2021, he revived Darul Ihsan, a university originally established by his grandfather Professor Syed Ali Ashraf in Bangladesh, which went onto to be nominated for best small business in 2024
He also leads The Mozammel Foundation, a community interest company focusing on education, family well-being, and community healing.
In 2025, Adel has started a Umrah tour company called Mozammel tours, which aims to take pilgrims to the Holy Lands of Makkah and Madinah
